Decreases Round time
Reflex bonus + Dexterity bonus / 15)  Every +15 bonus will reduce Round time by 1 second.

I have a 30 Dexterity bonus and a 35 reflex bonus. So: 30+35= 65/15= 4.3

Round Time = Weapon Speed + Armor Round Time Adder + Encumbrance Penalty - (Armor Skill + 10)/20) - (Reflex Bonus + Dexterity Bonus)/15
 

 

I've seen formulas with +5, +0.5, +7, +4, ect... Added to the Reflex/Dexterity Bonus. This one above works fine for me (Not that I run for a calculator everytime my RT fluctuates). This would be easy enough to test, so when I absolutely have nothing to do, I shall.

 Round Time cannot go below 5 seconds without the aid of the Haste spell and/or when running from one's wife.

Increases Round Time.
Weapon's base speed.
Armor's Round time penalty. 
Encumbrance penalty (How much you're carrying).

Aiming Round time:  Aimed ambush adds 3 seconds. Example: [Ambush Rat left leg]

Action penalty is subtracted from a maneuver roll for such things as boil earth, ewave, standing up, trying to toss a halfling across the room, ect..
